Pick-up
At check-out, local customers can opt to pick-up their online order for free from our bookshop. Collection is available 10am – 6pm, Tuesday to Friday, and 11am – 4pm Saturday. Customers will be sent a notification when their order is ready for collection.

Within Australia
Bookshop by Uro offers free shipping for orders $90 and over for delivery within Australia—for orders under $90, standard shipping is $12.

You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number when your order is on its way to you.

Bookshop by Uro does not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. In the event a parcel is returned to us, due to incorrect shipping details or the delivery going unclaimed, we will notify the customer via email and arrange an invoice for another shipment. We cannot offer free shipping if an order needs to be re-shipped, and we cannot hold unclaimed orders indefinitely. 

Outside of Australia
We only offer international shipping on books published by Uro Publications (see 'Books by Uro'). Rates vary depending on address and are calculated at checkout by Sendle.

The customer is responsible for any duties or customs charges that individual countries may apply.

Packing 
We pack our books carefully in fully recyclable and/or biodegradable materials—right down to the tape. Below is a typical example of how your books will be shipped to ensure you receive them in good condition (and with minimal planetary impact):

 

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.

An item can be returned for store credit within 21 days of the purchase date if we receive it in as-new condition (sealed if originally so, no scuffs, dents or wear etc.).

We will credit for the value of the item returned only—shipping will not be credited and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs they might incur. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is adequately protected in transit.

To begin the process of return, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order with your order number or proof-of-purchase (receipt). We will not accept returns without an order number or proof-of-purchase.
