About the Author
Tom Kundig is a Seattle-based architect and principal at Olson Kundig. He was a 2008 recipient of a Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award and was elected to the National Academy of Arts and Letters in 2007. Olson Kundig was named AIA Firm of the Year in 2009.
