LAUNCH: Among Buildings—second edition

Among Buildings - Manchester Unity building detail

Uro Publications is proud to announce the launch of the second edition of long out-of-print Among Buildings at Open House Melbourne later this month.

Among Buildings encourages readers to imagine afresh the buildings around us, reflecting on 26 examples of significant Melbourne architecture through photography and poetry.

To release the book, authors Tom Ross (photographer), Michael Roper (poet and architect) and Stuart Geddes (graphic designer) will host readings at four architectural landmarks: Queen Victoria Market, Manchester Unity Building, Plumbers & Gasfitters Employees' Union Building, and Storey Hall.

The events are free, but click here to view the program and book a ticket, or alternatively book for individual buildings at the links below.

This second edition of Among Buildings is available for preorder now, and presents the work for the first time as a bound edition, beautifully presented in a lay-flat binding.
